Help the 911±¬ÁÏ to shape support for community gardening in the future

Do you grow or garden in your community? Take part in a short survey about your experience as a community gardener and contribute to our national research project

The Royal Horticultural Society is currently conducting a major national research project to learn more about community growing spaces. Your input will help shape support for community gardening in the future.

As a thank you for taking part, survey respondents can choose to be entered into a prize draw, and eight lucky winners will receive £125 in National Garden gift vouchers. We will notify the eight groups on Monday 7 April 2025.

The survey will take 15 minutes to complete. The survey closes on Monday 31 March 2025.

The survey is being sent to community gardening groups, gardening, environmental and wildlife organisations around the UK, so we can better understand how people show love for where they live through gardening.

There are many different ways people garden in their local area, from groups planting bulbs in high street planters to food banks harvesting allotment produce to share with others.

Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started, your experiences and thoughts are valuable. We would love to hear how you garden in your community, and what would make it better.
